An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

C&C ‘14 especiales. Fantastic start to the day C&C with a Monte 4 C&C time today with a Perla picked up from 24:24

Enjoyable Tatuaje Havana VI Artistas

I picked up this aged Havana VI while in Dominican Republic and it had all the signs of a glorious cigar, so yellow it was brown cellophane, dark oily wrapper and woody aroma.

These are not carried in any local B&M in Canada from what I can find so the search for a good example of a non-cuban cigar that fit my love for the partagas flavour profile and upmann under/medium strength. This cigar satisfied my curiosity and then some, it was nubbed and will be my go too for awhile as their vitola offerings for this blend fit what I would prefer to see from some cuban brands.

Being a subscriber of an eccentric vlog channel dr joe show, in addition to many greats such FOH, I felt that the praise given this brand was more than just manufactured hype and I am happy I followed my instinct on the journey that led me to this cigar.

Cheers from the prairies on a day that was nice enough to offer +7 degrees to enjoy this smoke to it's fullest.

Tatuaje tends to age beautifully, I also feel it's one of the Nicaraguan brands that shares some similarities with CC's:D

Another week, another blizzard!  Tahoe is getting pounded yet again!  After a day of shoveling snow and preparing for a power outage I'm relaxing with a Punch.

From the recent Christmas sampler....this is one tasty last third, totally changed from dry wood to sweet barnyard musk with each puff.
Regards.

I bought a cab last year under the same premise. Loved the fundys and really enjoy aged Reyes, so this only seemed logical for me as I prefer corona type or sized cigars. Hope your does well!!!

My first opus x tonight. I bought a 3 pack to try something different. This one was an absolute wind tunnel. Produced lots of smoke but very light bodied due to the sheer amount of air coming through. When coupled with a fire-proof wrapper I decided to pitch it half way through

Disappointing, and not my usual experience with OX.   They usually have a fairly open draw, but haven't had any I'd call a wind tunnel...  Also, not had one that wouldn't burn the wrapper either....  Light body?  Unusual, especially from a recent production.   If I smoke a new one it'll make my knees weak.  The only thing that's consistent is they usually make great, thick smoke.  Maybe let the others rest a while...?

Local store imposed a $20 minimum purchase and no own cigars policy so I bought this dog rocket for $21 and I won't be back. Bye bye, Club Havana. I used to buy a stick and then smoke what I brought but that's no longer allowed.
