Popular Post El Hoze
Little early scouting report, first cigar of an LTB OCT 13 box of Sir Winston. Feeling good so far! Wrappers feel like satin.

Popular Post zeedubbya
It's hard to find cigars as good as a CORO. I try so hard not to be a Cohiba snob, but man it's tough. Just a tad smaller ring--Corona Gorda would please me greatly. I know I know Siglo 4--I just don't think they're the same. This one was a tad over humidifed being in my travel Humidor for a couple days, but still just delicious. That citrusy, earthy, honey thing the CORO has is beyond awesome. So good. Was sad to have to put it down. Late 2014 unknown code--so so good.

Not that I remember the 80's.
Popular Post FHFinster
Last Day of Vacation. Enjoying a AGO ENE 2011 CoRo at Davidoff on Madison. My first Cohiba with more than a couple of years on it. First was what I find to be the typical soapy taste, then powdered sugar the rest of the way through. Fantastic. Popular Post Bohn007
For my last cigar of 2016, I figured I would make it a big one. A 1997 Trinidad Fundadores from the original 50 cab that I bought back in the day. A suburb cigar and a classic Cuban smoke. Complex while not overpowering. Hints of nutmeg and honey. I have two left after this one.

I feel a purchase of a stick of equal size is appropriate. Hence my ever growing stash of NCs that will never be smoked. El Hoze
07 Bolivar CG. Little more mellow out of the gate than the others from this box. Started with a 2001 Cohiba Lancero that had more power even I feel like. Lots of thinking about my NYE cigar lineup!

I concur, something about the Robusto blend I like too, and I really like the Siglo blends!
