Mag 50 (my first). '08 HQ 10-box. Paired with a Boddington's. Very enjoyable.

Had a Hoyo Churchill from 2001. Classic Hoyo taste, grassy with some creamy notes. I had others from this box that were average but this was a jewel.

Dip #4, my first box,

wasnt impressed by these at first, now after a month or two they are starting

push my Boli Petite Coronas out of the way, which is saying a lot.

These are a nice cigar.

Partagas D #4

Diplomaticos #4

H. Upmann Magnum 46 (my first)

All outstanding but the Mag. 46 was the most enjoyable. What potential.

Can't wait to get some age on the 2 box's I purchased.

Hey Michael;

Will be back at work after the 3rd. I'll give you a call than.

BRC which knocked me off my feet.. It was an 09 tubos and jesus christ it hurt me, much too young for my liking. Full of spice/pepper/bark

Yesterday i had a Monte Eagle.

I must admit that i was positiv suprised. Just a mild cigar, but really spicy.

That was my fist one but i will try some more ;)

TEB ABR 08 RA Gigante. What a lovely cigar. Sweet flavor that started mild & grew progressively stronger as I smoked- while retaining the sweetness. Been a while since I've tasted a good RAG. Missed out on the 05s, and 06 & 07 weren't impressive.

Partagas lusi.

Started out nicely, a little below medium with soft wood and spice. Developed some coffee notes and about half way through some grassy flavours. Burn has been great. Half way through and it has crapped out a little. Hoping it will pick up again.

Not sure the double corona is my thing...

Just finished my first Cuaba Piramides EL2008 and boy, what a beauty! Started off mild, milk coffee/chocolate profile which then in the second third developed slightly in strength with caramel, more coffee and woody undertones.

Highly recommend you all try it!

Never really picked up. Just got bored I think- will stick to shorter smokes :)

Nice selection. How did they go?

Thanks. I thought I'd take a broad selection to cater for anyone that may have wished for a larger or thinner gauge.

I myself devoured the Monte D LE2008 (Very sweet, chocolate yet salty undertones) and Siglo VI whilst a friend of mine had his first taste of the Mag 48 and LOVED IT! :D

Another friend enjoyed the VR Unicos but thought it was too strong for his liking. (Can't please everyone). ;)

HDM EE was left unsmoked for another day. :)

On another note, the Xikar 5 count travel humidor was fantastic. I purchased that off Czars a few weeks back and I now take it everywhere. I highly recommend it.

The Monte and the Siglo 6 would've been my first choices too :D

Been thinking about picking one of the Xikar travel humidors up...

You can't go wrong if you grab one.

Not only does it keep your stogies protected but being air tight, it keeps the contents in perfect condition. I'm really glad I purchased one. :D
