From our host. A fresh Monty #1 Feb 16 box. A bit zippy in the beginning, mellow middle then ammonia again on the final. Good construction.  A few more months then another try. A lot of potential.

First ever Short...

Shoulda bought the recent 50cab offering. 

Of course ida had to keep it in a handmade Lucchese Ostrich roper packed with Boveda, but at least ida had it....  Dated OCT 14, but only been "home"'for a few days.  Nice.  Snappy. Good smoke.

It was a rough go.  Way too wet.  Snarling, full of attitude it was. Snug draw, uneven burn.  Bit me back it did.  Seriously, even with the events of the evening (which I shall not mention by name this Nov 8th of 2016) I wasn't even drinking, and I caught a buzz from this lil bastard.

Tonight I got to taste a RA Club EL 2015.  I got this as part of a sampler from FOH received 10/20 and has been sitting at 62% since.  FYI have 2 boxes that are still untouched.

Started with a punch cut but quickly realized the draw was just a tad too tight for the punch so went to a full cut.

I will not, I repeat will not be smoking another one for at least 6 months.  This is not a morning cigar and it's not for pus-ies!

Grab these beauties and plan to lay them down for at least 3+ years.  Believe El Jefe.  This is a full bodied cigar.  No doubt.  Plan on catching a buzz if you smoke them young!

25 minutes in and I'm feeling good.  

A class cigar no doubt.  Believe the hype.  May be an ultimate stunner in 2020!
