Jimmy_jack
Crown Heads Las Calaveras LC50. Straight forward smoke, a bit to easy of a draw. Peppery, leather and a little cocoa. Great even burn though the whole time.

Popular Post sengjc
Partagas Maduro No. 1 with some 2013 III Associates McLaren Vale Shiraz.Bought this stick back in November last year. Not bad - certainly more mellow as compared to the regular Partagas release. I find the profile to be quite similar to the Cohiba Maduro 5 with the exception that it does not have the grassy note but has an earthy note instead - probably a filler/blend thing.

Lotusguy
OR CPE. Decent, but not worthy of the name or the price tag. Check out the ash, though.
Popular Post TheLiquidGator
Trinidad Coloniales- ABU JUL 15 HQ/PSP- Had this box since October 15. Could wait not longer to try one. Glad I did. What a gracious, refined, sophisticated cigar. Complex and will only get better. Will try one again in the Spring. Perhaps on my birthday.

Popular Post Cletus
Trying out Botanist for the first time with a '99 SP Molino on a beautiful late-summer evening. The Botanist is pretty good and very smooth. The G&T pairs nicely with the Molino. Had to refill the G&T. May have a 3rd before the Molino is done. What a great way to end the work week! MaxG
I welcomed Hermine to North Carolina yesterday with a Mag 46. It could be noted that it took a flippin' hurricane to produce the most pleasant smoking weather of the summer here, but that would be too depressing, so I won't mention it. - MG
Danimalia
Had a Crowned Heads night last night. First the La Imperiosa (double robusto, I think?). Then, a new one. Le Careme Cosaco. Wow. That cigar really caught me off guard. Very creamy, but with a significant punch to it. Semi-sweet dark chocolate all the way through, with intermittent spice.
