Danimalia Posted July 29, 2016 Posted July 29, 2016 Is it cheating if I report what I had yesterday? I had an Aging Room Quattro F55: The first few sticks I'd tried had burn issues, but this one was pretty flawless. The highlight of these is the 16 year old Sumatra (actually from Sumatra, not Ecuador) wrapper. Really a fine example of the best that wrapper leaf offers. Has a very nice, peppery smoothness. Lots of flavor Later, I had a San Lotano Maduro: These are quite good. Really awesome San Andres wrapper. Fairly typical Nicaraguan earthiness and spice. Extreme box press, which I like sometimes. Probably could have used a little dry box time, but can't complain. Just well done, all around. 2

Popular Post planetary Posted July 29, 2016 Popular Post Posted July 29, 2016 Trinidad Vigia, my first out of a PSP box from RMU FEB 16, which has had 6 weeks of humidor rest. I normally don't truck with petit robustos or >52 gauge sticks, but I am intrigued by Trinidad as a marca and was willing to give its latest vitola a try in a 12-count box. Initial impression: at ~6 months of age, too young. Had a somewhat Partagas-like sense of spice at the fore. A bit more of what I would expect from Trinidad appeared mid-way through, with the spice easing off a bit. Body seemed medium+. Final part of the smoke was a return to spice joined by an onset of youthfulness. The box goes back into the humidor and I'll try another one next winter! 9

One of like three RP's I'll smoke, but the 20th's are definitely better. 1 hour ago, Cep said: whats with the knives that I keep seeing? Is that what you are using as a cutter? In a pinch, but generally no. If they're offensive, I'll stop putting them in the pics 1

Popular Post LLC Posted July 30, 2016 Popular Post Posted July 30, 2016 Sometimes you hold a cigar before cutting and lighting and it just feels perfect. Nice to smoke it and see that your felling was right and it is a perfectly crafted cigar hitting all the right notes. What an awesome cigar. 13

Popular Post rmill3r Posted July 30, 2016 Popular Post Posted July 30, 2016 It's my birthday weekend. Took a little trip, and starting it off with an Ex 4. I have some BPC, Libertador, Epicure Deluxe, Connie A, and some Warped Cigars to choose from for the rest of the weekend. ... I'm not good with decisions. Also pictured: my first class of Angel's Envy...would have preferred Weller or EH Taylor, but it's nice trying something new. Sent from AOL in 1999 9
