An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

C&C ‘14 especiales. Fantastic start to the day C&C with a Monte 4 C&C time today with a Perla picked up from 24:24

How much did you drink at the festivities? Based on your recollection, seems you had a lot of fun!

Blew up my liver last night...just had a couple of beers tonight. http://youtu.be/uNe7x13q2MU

Cheers!

PSD4 this evening while catching up with a buddy. Also had a Short and a Monte 5 while driving around for work today.

Such a frustrating stick. The flavours are amazing. Some of the best I've ever had in an Epi 2. However, the draw is tight and I'm not getting much smoke volume so the flavours I'm getting are too light.

Ramon Allones Petit Allones RE Andorra. Picked the one with the worst wrapper damage (repaired with gum Arabic) - these have very fragile wrappers.

I think I didn't give it enough time to settle after transport. Burn was uneven but the flavors were pretty good. Does the world need another Ramon Allones petit Robusto RE? Only to satisfy the collector genes.

What a shame as the construction looks great judging by the ash. Perhaps the trusty 'skewer stick' next time?

It was just overfilled, unfortunately. I have another in humidor which looks the same so when it is time to have it I will try dry boxing it or Rob's fridge tip and keep the skewer stuck handy too.

A little driftwood...

I don't know if it's the power of suggestion from Rob or what, but, yes, driftwood. (The creaminess and grassiness is the real story, IMO).

'13 VR Unicos. Hadn't had this vitola yet - easily the best VR vitola still in production. Very nuanced and clearly defined thirds. Manificent!

Unfortunately, cannot say the same for the Bulleit 10 year I had with it. Just awful, and I typically like Bulleit offerings. OK, not awful, but I'll be sticking to the Rye from here on out.

BCJ ULA MAR 14 while getting the monster deck ready for a quick overcoat of stain before the start of the Blues game. So good.

I agree, a very under rated or I should say under the radar belicoso. Havent had a Unico in years, the few I had just were lacking in flavor and very tight draws.

I went against my rule of not drinking IPA;s with cigars and had a tropical fruit bomb with a malt undertone and paired great with this stick.
