The burn is wonky but the flavor is astounding as always. Connie A to the rescue!

2015 RASS, PSP from our host and just great already. Will probably give them a year down or so hopefully to let a bit more of the fruit to come through.

Celebrating 6 years in business for myself with some friends tonight. Slow cooking a 12 pound tenderloin that's been resting dry rubbed for 2 days.

Congrats! I was self-employed for 6 years and it was a great time! Someday in the future, I might go that route again - there is little that can match the pride in one's self and a risk well-rewarded.

Siglo 2 after breakfast and before pissing around in the garden. Dry-boxed it for a few weeks and it came out swinging! Some of the deepest cream and grass I've had. Wonderful cigar! Thinking a Fuente Don Arturo or Padron 64 this evening. Haven't had an NC in a long time.

2007 898 from our host. First inch sucked a big one! Tight and no smoke. Next inch was so so but I kept on with it. Glad I did. It was a fantastic smoke with so much to give. Loved it!!!!

Started with a excellent '11 SLR Serie A and just finished a Partagas Corona Senior which reminded me of the Lusi I had the other day . The Senior along with several other Partagas were a gift from a great BOTL. Thanks David!
