Popular Post ElAbogado Posted March 25, 2016 Popular Post Posted March 25, 2016 First Bolivar Belicosos Finos. From a PSP box I got from Pres last year. RAE MAR 15. Look at that wrapper! 9
Easttide Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 My first Boli Tubos No. 1. ULA APR 14 . Been sleeping for about a month. Woody, leather, and the floral aspect Prez described. Razor burn down to the last 3rd. Very smooth, not as much strength as I was bracing myself for, which is good. 3
asmartbull Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 08 Connie 1, what a tremendous value! "With your shield, or on it"... 2

smokeyjoe01 Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 One of the now infamous Hoyos getting smoked tonight, fair comments on the recent review, it's not a flavour bomb. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Fugu Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 2013 Noellas while grilling two French corn-fed free-range chickens. Just an ok smoke this time. The chicken was the clear winner. 1
Easttide Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 #2 for the day was a 2011 Connie 1 with some Kirk and Sweeney 12 Year and beer. Trying to capture the bare, pre- spring deck and the budding foliage after the warm buzz of the rum and beer on an empty stomach was kicking in 2
BigRay023 Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 Fired up an old 09ish Johny-O. Didn't get past the first third. Tunnelling, soft spots and the wife said it stank which she's never said that before. Tossed it.
planetary Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 Upmann Magnum 56 EL (ELU JUN 15, PSP grade). Box has acclimated for a month, so I threw caution to the winds and dipped in a first smoke. The cigars appear to be outstanding, with rich oils and good construction. The fraction of the cigar covered by bands is a bit silly. Rob described this cigar as "extreme sports" -- and posting this right after having finished the smoke, boy was he right. Quite possibly the most potent Cuban cuban cigar I've smoked. Happily, though, more of an intense Upmann profile than the general / chocolatey EL profile. You'll pardon me if I go lay down for a minute... 3

Popular Post DoubleDD Posted March 26, 2016 Popular Post Posted March 26, 2016 ECA 03 Number 2 These are nic bombs. Second one from the box and both have hit me like a freight train. I've been smoking for 18 years and few cigars have knocked me down like these. Cinnamon, chocolate, black coffee, leather, and earth. Complex and lovely. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 7
torsion Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 Smoking this Santos custom from an aged sampler I got from a fine BOTL. No idea what age, it's delicious!!My custom experience is limited 2

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk The newer #2's certainly are quite different wouldn't you say? Old Lui's used to be pretty beastly for me, but I haven't experienced anything "newer" release than mule kicks like some of the older Party or Bolivar goodies.
