DropTopDee Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 I've yet to try one of these. How did you like it?It would of been great if it wasn't for the humidity. Kept going out and got mushy. First one was nice 1
torsion Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 PLPC at Cigar Inn tonight with a Singaporean BOTL. Second one I've had from this '14 cab, first one in August was so harsh, such a contrast today with 5 months extra rest... 3

dangolf18 Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 We're in Tahoe Vista, North Lake Tahoe right next to Kings Beach. It's called Global Cafe and it's right now a coffee shop while we wait for our ABC license, should be a week or so. As soon as we get staffed up fully we'll be open for all meals, with craft beer and good wines. No way. I stay at Brockway Springs every summer. Will definitely drop by sometime!
CigSid Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 First cigar today was a Punch SS1 from 2003, complements of Anthony (Boosted), and it was stellar! Thank you brother... (sorry no pics of this one) My second one was this Mag 56 LE, first half was boring, second half was pretty good. These are going to need about 5 years of downtime and I think they will be great... 2

Lant63 Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Enjoy the flavors and size of this cigar. May have to get some more boxes before they get hard to find. Great color way on the ash tray!Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
RWhiz Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 No way. I stay at Brockway Springs every summer. Will definitely drop by sometime! We've stayed in at Brockway Springs too, great condos! We look forward to seeing you this summer. Maybe even sharing a smoke. 1
rmill3r Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Warped's La Hacienda with some Lagavulin 16. Much rougher around the edges than I remember...these need some more down time. Hope it's not long though. The first I had I remember being like a nice SLR Serie A. Sent from AOL in 1999
SokaKiel Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Back in Japan after a Christmas break in Germany with the rest of the family. I'm enjoying the sunshine while my wife and son suffer from jet-lag and needed a nap... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2
rmill3r Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Celebrating the opening of our restaurant in Lake Tahoe today with the #2 cigar of the year. (OK I really don't care what the rankings are, I like what I like!)image.jpeg Congrats! I've only been to the west coast once, but my road-tripping buddy forced us to pass through Lake Tahoe. I'm so glad he did, because (maybe) next to Big Sur, it was my favorite/most beautiful part of the trip. 1
ThuringiaSmoker Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 POU FEB 11 What do you think about the '11 BCG? Can you compare to the '14?
ayepatz Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Party Salomones ULA JUL 14. My first one. Started off very floral, and last third was rough. More downtime needed. 2
potpest Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 What do you think about the '11 BCG? Can you compare to the '14?I haven't had a '14 although I'm looking to buy another box after revisiting these. Still loads of flavour/strength, they are smoking fantastically and think they still have years left in them. Its in my top 5 cigars of this year. 1
Popular Post torsion Posted December 31, 2015 Popular Post Posted December 31, 2015 2004 El Rey del Mundo Grandes de Espana 3rd stick from a holiday sampler from a BOTL from another forum. From the first puff this light, silky, smooth stick is abundant with flavor. WOW 2nd ever ERDM, this one is perfectly filled and for me draws how I'd expect a long skinny to even though I've not had that much experience with them yet. The retro brings out richer floral/herbal notes. Its a real shame this marca only has a few vitolas left and in general the long skinny is disappearing from the Habanos line up. Delicious and a delight for my palate. 8
Popular Post Lotusguy Posted December 31, 2015 Popular Post Posted December 31, 2015 Belated Christmas smokes JL Distinguido RE Alemana - decent. Now my second RA898 RE - love it. 9
