Popular Post Wlu1988 Posted April 7 Popular Post Posted April 7 Davidoff Nicaragua Toro. This had what I initially believed to be impeccable construction and now think that the draw could have been a bit too loose. Nice flavor but had some bitterness sneak in during the last third. Will try again. 20
Popular Post Lucas Buck Posted April 7 Popular Post Posted April 7 Not a fan of the move toward giant ring cigars in the past 20 years or so but some of them are damn good smokes. This one certainly was. 27
Popular Post LaoFan Posted April 7 Popular Post Posted April 7 Montecristo Especiales No.2 Morning drive & coffee. Perfect pairing. 30
Popular Post SirVantes Posted April 7 Popular Post Posted April 7 Siglo I, SOM NOV ‘16. A good smoke, but no more than that. At current prices, when was the last time anyone bought one? 22

Popular Post Darco Posted April 7 Popular Post Posted April 7 H. Upmann Robusto EL 2012 A cold day in Istanbul. I used to smoke this regularly and it was one of my favorites. My local vendor seems to end up with tons of those and it was permanently in their shelves until at least 2018. After years, it even got better. 28

Popular Post CaptainQuintero Posted April 8 Popular Post Posted April 8 My final '98 Partagas Charlotte, such an elegant little cigar. Really does seem to be something Habanos has forgotten about. Straight up spiced sweet cream, rich leather, tiny wafts of milk chocolate. 23

Really does seem to be something Habanos has forgotten about … and with that wide a portfolio of Partagás you would think there should be some place for a decent slender cigar. But - nope. 1
Popular Post Greenhorn2 Posted April 8 Popular Post Posted April 8 I decided to smoke a Mag 46 from my OMU JUN 2021 box last night. The last one I had was marvelous,so I had high expectations. It was cool, raining (94% humidity) and breezy, making me second guess my decision. Impeccable cigar. If I had to get rid of this box or my 2018 Sir Winstons, goodbye Sir Winston. For a regular production cigar, I'll put it up against anything in it's class. This one just took top spot for cigar of the year and I doubt that I have anything to dethrone it. Starting the day with a 2020 PLPC. It was good but didn't quite scratch the itch. A 2021 Nudie lancero. Damn I'm going to miss these when they're gone. IMO, the best cigar Rob and Hamlet has put out, so far. 25
Popular Post WestCoastSmokin Posted April 8 Popular Post Posted April 8 Had a Davidoff Nicaragua yesterday, Great cigar really enjoyed it. 5 stars. Tasted some cinnamon in the first third, got lots of leather, and earth notes. Davidoff Winston Churchill Robusto 21
Popular Post mtapia3 Posted April 9 Popular Post Posted April 9 Enjoyed some great cigar weather this past weekend. 2019 Hoyo Epicure Especial hit the spot! Wasn't easy tracking this brand down. Not a good first impression for me. 19
