Wood Mites: Annoying little buggers

yeah no damage to the wood at all. it was a very light layer though (i.e. small squirt rubbed into the cloth used in the wipe down). left the lid open for 20 minutes after as well

little bit more about the hand sanitiser i used, from the information listed on the packaging- the solution was a denatured alcohol, an ~70% alcohol mix with water/glycerin etc. i would keep away from any alcohol mix too pure but this little set-up worked for me
