IShotAManInReno Posted May 23, 2008 Posted May 23, 2008 » Looking for recommendation for Boli most likely to please me, ..:-D Coronas Gigantes (churchill) and Corona Extra (corona gorda) are my favorite Bolivar. Considering the ones you've listed above, I believe you will enjoy them too!
aavkk Posted May 23, 2008 Posted May 23, 2008 Assuming you are looking at recent stock, go out and buy a cab of 07 Corona Extra's they are extremely flavorful.

mkz Posted May 23, 2008 Posted May 23, 2008 My first Bolivar was the Petit Corona and it was love at first smoke. If youre ready for smaller vitolas that is...
jaylax5 Posted May 23, 2008 Posted May 23, 2008 I'm going to buck the trend and recommend a BBF! A Boli Belicoso Fino is a tasty smoke. :-D

Tampa1257 Posted May 24, 2008 Posted May 24, 2008 It is obvious that you enjoy larger ring gauge cigars. While I encourage you to consider thin ring Habano because of the flavor, complexity and satisfaction found in them. So, let me suggest that you try the Bolivar Gold Medal's., which is 6 1/2 inches and about the length that the other cigars that you enjoy are, yet it is a 42 ring gauge so it will begin the journey toward thinner ring Habanos. The BGM is an "Old School" type flavor that can provide a rich and earthy typical Bolivar flavor profile along with the green sweet peppers and leather as well as some cooking type spiciness that can make your mouth water in anticapation for the next draw from the cigar.
