These have been resting in my humidor since February of 2007. Each time I look into the Humi I see them resting complacently, patiently awaiting the torch. Each time I pass them up for a Siglo 1 or Trini Reyes.

ITs a Friday evening, and a birthday celebration for a buddy is looming. Time to head over to his garage where a keg awaits, an evening of debauchery is soon to begin!

I make a few selections from the Humi, 2 RASS small club corona's for 2 buds that enjoy a short smoke, a RyJ for another pal, and this time, a gorgeous, light to medium brown BPC for a change of pace.

It is pouring rain and the cigars have been distributed, looking forward to a fantastic smoke. Prelight draw is tight, fresh tobacco on the palate. Damn this sucker is tight.

Torch the foot and....I think I have instantly contracted emphysema, it must be the damn warning label on those cigars, but I can hardly draw any smoke at all. Major disappointment, I try the leather awl of my trusty swiss army knife but to no avail. This is only the second stick I have had in 2 years with draw problems, the last being a monte 4.

I try for another 5 minutes but to no avail, I toss the stick with a flurry of expletives which shocked Terry the lobsterman standing next to me.

Oh well, 21 more to go. I shall try again this evening! :-P

» Sorry to hear about the draw. Hopefully the rest will be up to snuff.

Posted another review this AM Colt, it was spot on and quite tasty. This box has been inconsistent to say the least. Guess I'll have to smoke them up to see which ones are OK :-D :-D
