Fake Cohiba Esplenido

While in Miami, I was recently gifted what appeared to be a Cohiba Esplenido Limitada 2006. Am I correct that there is no such thing as a 2006 Limitada Esplenido.

Dude any CUban cigar in Miami is almost fake Cohiba Esplenido Limitada 2006. It is very hard here to get Cuban's.

Actually, it was totally gratuitous. We were out at a restaurant and discussing cigars, when lo and behold a woman pulled out a box of Cohibas that she recently procured. She ripped open the box and handed me the stick right there.

I suspected that it was fake given the circumstances, but it certainly looked real.

Miami. A restaurant. In public. Woman handing out Cohibas. I should have known...
