Just checking on this place. Its in Orland Park?????? Isn't that South Side...not near any airport. If Rob is coming into O'Hare this is going to be a hike and he won't be there anytime close to 1:30pm.

There was talk of Harry Carrys in Rosemont but it was a $2000 min and if it rains (which is a 30% chance according to weather.com) we were screwed.

Google maps has it as a 44 min trip. Problem is that there is no indoor smoking in the city anymore except for cigar shops. All the ones I frequent are in the loop and closed Sunday.

El Pres lands at 10:20 am so he should have plenty of time. To get to Orland and catch a glimpse of Chicago as he drives by.

Unfortunately it is but I am told it is magnificent. I met Alex and owner (Patrick....if I remember correctly) yesterday at the RTDA and they look forward to having us all.

1:30 pm is fine. I get in around 11am and will catch a cab straight out to Beli's after I check in.

I doubt it...I'll be flying in from Evansville, IN. I didn't even know it existed before I had to go there. :-D I think my flight gets in at 10am.

Gentleman just got back in from LAs Vegas..What a hell of a trip! The IPCPR is overwhelming.

Justed wanetd to say what a great person Rob is in person and an excellent host with gobs and gobs if awesome stories.. Also wanted to thank Don Candido for being a very fun person and thanks for sharing your smokes and great stories with all of us. Aso to everyone else I didnt get a chance to talk i apologize! But we needed to leave to get some dinner and ROb and DC were just the greatest BOL I have met in a long time..

Also Belicosos should be a great time. Nothing better than catching up friends and smoking cigars!

If I can occupy my sister, who comes into town tomorrow, I'll do my best to be there early.

Sam, thanks for putting in the miles on the road. It was great seeing you again, brother.

Alex, thanks for the great recommendation on the venue and for kicking it with us on your birthday! Belicoso's has the most astonishing walk-in I've ever seen.

It came as no surprise that hanging out with El P was a blast. What other merchant is as approachable and willingly puts the time in to meet clients all over the country? Pure class. Safe travels in Havana and back home, Rob.
