yossie Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 How do you guys fight against stained teethes? I know We are brothers who have the trouble. Because We smoke cigars so much! I used to clearfy my teethes with an unkown pouder. (The contents are revealed but I cannnot translate it into English.) Maybe , US citizen may know better way since you're living in the No1 nation in medicine.
trumpetchris Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 Listerine Whitening works well, so does hydrogen peroxide as a rinse. Also, brush the teeth after you smoke.
havanaclub7 Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 I use Crest Vivid White toothpaste. I also like Orbit White chewing gum. Fortunately I don't have too badly stained teeth but it can happen if you don't keep your pearly whites in top polish.
Professor Twain Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 I get my teeth cleaned every three months by the dentist. I started that even before I started on cigars because of coffee and tea stains. Plus, the hygienist I see is hot! I love it when she works me over.

I brush and floss at a minimum 2 - 3 times daily and do use mouth wash. I have been thinking of using one of the whitening products myself.
