Hello KB24,

I live in Colton CA. a small town in-between San Bernadino and Riverside, or about 60 miles outside of Los Angeles. Besides being totally obsessed with Cuban cigars i smoke and (somewhat) collect pipes) i say somewhat because i have a huble but nice little collection going at this time. Mostly Danish pipes ( Eltang ) and german (Baff) and some Italian (Cavicchi, Le Nuvole) I am a complete tobaccofile. I love all the forms it takes. But Habanos are special, different, unique, the tomb " an illustrated encyclopaedia of post-revolution havana cigars" is my bible.i am always looking for information on the subject of havana cigars and i always welcome making friends with like minded people. One last thing before i shut up, the best part of my day is early in the a.m. when i take my dog out for a walk, i pick out cigar to smoke 1st one of the day. today it was a Bolivar belcosos fino cabinet selection. What a way to start the day! heaven!

Welcome Nick and great introduction :ok:

I took Cohiba my Chessapeake Retriever for a walk yesterday with an ERDM Choix Supreme in my hand. I headed down to the well forrested creek. Requested he sit facing me and away from the water. I hit the ball with a tennis racket 70 metres down the narrow creek but into the thick scrub.

Not knowing where the ball landed....I cast him in the general direction and said "fetch". I sat down on a log in the shade of the eucalypts. I watched him swim that creek up and down...up and dow and finally work the banks.

He came back exhausted in 45 minutes with the ball. Perfect timing as I was wrapping up the Robusto :-D

Hello El Presidente,

That sounds great! my dogs name is rocket, he is a welsh corgi mix and he loves a good habana cigar just like me. when he sees me at my humidor he knows its time to go outside to do something together and waits at the door with pure joy in his eyes. its time, its time he says with his tail whiping the front door. I'm sure that if he could he would cut and light my habana for me! so there it is, it's the simple things in life that make it worth while. Well so long for now. Until we write again.... your friend...

Nick.
