I have spent a few hours reading different posts and I decided to join. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and growing in my knowledge of fine cigars.

I have been enjoying cigars for about 4 years.

I am a big (American) football fan and boxing fan.

Well I am a 'Skins fan...I did not want to mention that right off the bat especially since I am still smarting from yesterday's game against the Patriots...that really hurt especially going for it on fourth down w/ lead of 38-0 and 45-0...

I can't believe I will be rooting for Manning and the Colts next week, but smebody has to stop (or at least slowdown) Brady, Belechik and Moss.

I don't know much about Formula One, although do enjoy watching motorcycle races on ESPN from time to time.

I am glad that you liked DC. Did you have an opportunity to visit Ozio's or Shelley's Back Room (two of the local cigar lounges) when you were in DC?

Any idea if they will remain exempt form the recently enacted anti-smoking law in DC?

welcome. i spent a year working for a law firm there many years ago. loved it. been a skins fan ever since, though the year i was there was the last time they won the thing. might have to move back. i lived mostly at vacation lane, arlington.

I went to Ozio's thi past summer and was still able to enjoy a cigar there. I believe Shelley's still allows cigars as well. As AnacostiaKat mention Drapers is also a great place to stob by and I like to visit Georgetown Tobacco on M Street when I can.
