stever Posted October 1, 2007 Posted October 1, 2007 Bravo! That's an incredible number of regional releases for '08!
Claudius Posted October 1, 2007 Posted October 1, 2007 I find it strange that the list is in Italian language and not in Spanish. Why is that?
n2advnture Posted October 1, 2007 Posted October 1, 2007 » I find it strange that the list is in Italian language and not in Spanish. » Why is that? It's most likely a distribution list for the Italian retailers
BobbyRitz Posted October 1, 2007 Posted October 1, 2007 Thanks for posting this Gino. Too many regional releases for my liking. I'm interested in a few, but it seems that Habanos S.A. is trying to cash in on this concept. Much more so than seems warranted. Rob
El Presidente Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 Thankyou Gino. Some interesting offerings indeed particularly the Juan lopez and LGC lines.
Mr. Japan Posted October 2, 2007 Author Posted October 2, 2007 » I find it strange that the list is in Italian language and not in Spanish. » Why is that? Claudius the list in is Italian as it is from Italian retailer side and as said it was posted on Italian board by a very reliable source.:-)

How come dealers in other countries (like for example Australia) dont have this list?
Taino Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 Seller in other countries pay their bills;-) » » » I find it strange that the list is in Italian language and not in » » Spanish. » » » Why is that? » » » » Claudius the list in is Italian as it is from Italian retailer side and » as » » said it was posted on Italian board by a very reliable source.:-) » » I see. Trevor2118 Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 A list of the 2008 releases, suitable to print-out, is now available on my website...in the lists section (formally called checklists). link is: [link]http://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/lists/2-New-08.htm[/link]
El Presidente Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 I have the full PDF. I will try and post pictures of the Tubos later today.
cvm4 Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 Looks like an expensive list with all those ERs. ;-)
Ken Gargett Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 » Seller in other countries pay their bills;-) now if you are going to be having ba dig at rob, perhaps we could coordinate. or at least form a club.
Ken Gargett Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 many thanks for the list. the idea of a cuaba as a limited edition boggles the mind. on reflection, perhaps they could make them all limited editions, very limited editions.
tigger Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 Nothing new under 48 rg, and all but 2 50 or above. :-(
stever Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 I count 17 unique regional releases. Is that correct? If so, seems like a huge number and quite an increase from previous years.
Trevor2118 Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 » I count 17 unique regional releases. Is that correct? If so, seems like a huge number and quite an increase from previous years. There are just shaking their money-maker.....:-D

stever Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 Can't wait for the sleepy country hamlet or the isolated oasis paradise releases, . . . locations where a cigar has never been seen before, never mind never being smoked. Rumor has it that soon a regional release cigar "passport" will be issued. Collect all regional releases. Paste one of each of the regional release bands in an official Habanos passport/pamphlet (like a stamp album). Submit your passport for authenication and for an annual official drawing. As a grand prize winner, be flown to Cuba to have your name and signature emblazoned on a limited edition release available only through a lottery.
Mr. Japan Posted November 15, 2008 Author Posted November 15, 2008 On the italian board this morning one of the top wellknow and my cigar "sensei" posted the list of cigars that will be released next year. He is very well introduced in the Cuban Havana business so the source is very trustable.
