A single I've had for a year and a half or so. Felt nice, though a bit more springy than

I like or expect. A deep tan wrapper with a slight red tinge. Smooth, but velvety to

the touch. A great draw with plenty of smoke - a somewhat uneven burn.

Flavor-wise, I'll cut to the chase: smooth and mellow with an overall flavor of vanillla

and almond - not very overt. Truly the flavor of amaretto, though again, subdued.

Medium in body, with a rather bland finish and aftertaste.

A good cigar, but there are better large formats - though I am going on this one

sample. Factoring in price, I don't know that I'll revisit this one.

A cigar that is not consistently reaching previous heights. I will try and locate an 06 to review. It will be a shame to see this cigar go to the dogs.

What year was yours? My 02s are simply fantastic, yet the 04s are spongy & underfilled- I could actually smoke it in less than an hour!
