Freefallguy Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 I enjoy warm sake with sushi/sashimi dinners and was wondering if you, Ken, or anyone else know(s) of some good/great selections? Beyond Gekkeikan or Takara. I’m not looking for very dry. Any suggestions on cold sake as well?

Brewed using only polished rice (30% removed), water and koji (no added alcohol). You can also try Onikoroshi, a Honjozo sake (a little added distilled alcohol).

El Presidente Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 Not Saki but Shochu "iichiko" I enjoy it. I have no idea what I am drinking ......but I enjoy it. I can only assume it is not a Japanese window cleaning agent
