El Pres in regards to the Oris I was purchasing, I have still not got money back from an insurance claim after my Rolex was stolen. Will be here in January! The 03 shiraz has plenty of spicy notes that complemented the spicy nature of the RASS I had at the time. I am definite going to save that last bottle for at least 10 more year, and as you say the 96 and 98 were perfect champagne years, I rate 96 above 98, but the line is fine, now I have some other bottles from 96, and I really want to open a Pol 96, just need to find the right moment.
