Jonathan - thankfully no snow here, but we did get some icing a couple of nights ago.

We are supposed to warm up to the freezing mark some time next week

Stickman, Miami - I know you guys are having a rough time of it - I hope you've

got on plenty of sunblock....

I hate to rub it in but the forecast for Phoenix tomorrow is over 80 F.

Pitchers and catchers have reported to Spring Training so Major League baseball is here. Got some shorts, suntan lotion.... ready for an afternoon at the ballparks enjoying some beer, hot dogs and a good cigar.

There was a time not too long ago when I would defend Chicago's weather and call you warm weather folks wimps or something. But you know what...I'm sick of this crap now !!!

Global warming means my Arizona desert property will someday soon become ocean front property.

Just went out to the back yard and picked some fresh lemons off the tree. Ah...... nothing like fresh lemonade. on these warm days.

Just remember this when it is 120 degrees and 5% humidity this summer. Oh yes, don't forget about the times when the Airport in Phoenix closed down because it is so HOT that the runways are melting and the Airplanes can not take off because they sink into the asphalt............. :-D

I played golf once in July. 116 degrees. Drank a big glass of water at every tee box. Played 18 holes. Never peed... not once. Poured water over my head after every tee shot. I was dry on every green. Only saw one gila monster. But the golf was cheap and we had the course to ourselves.

I would rather be in 110 degree heat and 5 percent humidity than 90 degrees and 80 percent humidity. I remember being at The Fountainbleu in Miami in January and being wet just standing waiting for a cab.

Do you need humidors in Florida?

I'm from Tucson, but in NYC for this week. I only got here last night, but I already miss the weather in Tucson. Then again, here's what Tucson looked like 2 weeks ago.
