Evolving yesterdays question, let's ask a different question in order to try and assess some trends. Cigars since 1997 only.

From which years have been the best three cigars you have tasted (since 1998) (Name the cigars as well)

From which years have been the worst three cigars you have tasted. (Name the cigars as well)

From which year is the cigar in your humidor that you believe has the most potential. (Name the cigar)

Best

'01 Cohiba Lanceros - Elegant.

'02 Ramon Allones Coronas - I'm gonna miss 'em when they're gone.

'98 Partagas 898v - Extremely satisfying when they're not plugged.

Worst

'04 Partagas Serie D No1 - The last one I sampled had no flavor whatsoever.

'00 ERDM Choix Supreme - Tasted like a cheap Dominican.

'99 Cuaba Exclusivo - I just don't care for the Cuaba flavor profile.

Most Potential

'02 Partagas Coronas - It's hard for me to judge, but these just keep getting better and better.
