genevapics Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 Just received a box of Lancero's from the Czar. Health warning stickers were afixed to both the top and bottom of the lacquered box. I take it this is a relatively new practice in Australia? I have no problem with the warnings: I believe all of us are aware of the possible dangers of smoking. It's just that the damn sticker on the top is so distracting. I guess a damp paper towel will remove this problem?

The warnings came into play March 1 2006. They are affixed by PCC in Hong Kong. PCC also affix all warning labels for Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia etc...their territories. If you are receiving a box from these territories without a label or evidence of a label they are not PCC sourced.
genevapics Posted August 11, 2006 Author Posted August 11, 2006 Thanks Rob. Good to know about the PCC procedure.
