You guys know we do it tough here.

Lunch Menu today at Czar House

Steve Pelligrino (who many of you met at the Vegas RTDA) is bringing over a dish he prepared of Tetsuya Atlantic Salmon and Blood Orange Carpaccio.

Graeme Marriot will be bringing over a few bottles of Sauvignon Blanc (sorry Ken).

I will be supplying some Cohiba Siglo VI

Will post some photo's ;-)

Sounds awesome. On a semi-related note, I'm heading to central PA this weekend to take a stab at eating a 9 pound hamburger. Wish me luck!

why on earth would you ruin such a dish (and for those who don't know, tetsuya is one of the greatest chefs on the planet - great mate of charlie trotter and when i asked ferran adria of el bulli, who he admired, tets was the only name) with that vile swill? venemous, toxic battery acid that, by dumping it on kiwis, is god's way of showing us he has a sense of humour.
