What do you plan to smoke this weekend?

Between currencies and tariffs bouncing around like a pin ball machine...a shipment ready to leave Honduras and not sure where to send it...all in all...that was one bloody tough week.

Di and I need a little pampering. She will do gym, hair and nails. I will immerse myself in garden, gym followed by newspapers and negronis. 

There are a few new NC cigars I have promised to try + the last of a box of VR Don Alejandro 2014 that have been superb. I gave one to Kurt (Chuck08) last week when he was on the deck which he thoroughly enjoyed. 

Easter next weekend and i will be cooking for the family. I had better practice my menu this Sunday. Quiet one.

My dry box seems to always have at least one stick of PLPC and same for D4 - suspect one of those guys will hit the chopping block.

Some 2015 Cohiba Siglo IV. @Fuzz, @jay8354 and @Luca are coming over to my place today for a get-together and these (type of) cigars are always best shared! 😉

Update: The mini-kebabs colloquially 'hit the spot' and naturally the Cohiba Siglo IVs were quite nice too!

Nothing this weekend. Pretty much tidying up and getting ready for next weekend. Still not sure what I'm going to smoke for that.  

Speaking of VR Don Alejandro's a mate of mine who got posted away just after Christmas gifted me two of those before he left (I've never smoked one). He's back on leave the week after Easter and we'll fire them up. Will likely be my first and last of them. I cannot wait.

Current state of the dry box. Haven't had a Cuaba in awhile and have a hankering for the Distinguidos so that will likely go up in flames this afternoon, post-lunch. I'm hearing lots of positive things about current production Cuaba Salomones, anyone with recent experience? 

The unbanded stick is a Punch Petite Corona which may get a guernsey tomorrow. LGC Glorias is a favourite and I always keep one in the dry box.

RA Small Club Corona, Monte Media Corona, Desnudo Lancero, R&J Belicoso.

In the dry box for the weekend are: PSD6, Bolivar PC, and a Monte MC. We’ll see which one gets the flame. Leaning towards the D6 since it has the most age.

Probably will smoke a RASS or JL2 since it’s been awhile that I’ve visited them. Other than that I’m sure I will smoke a Davidoff Late hour or Oliva Serie V Melanio if my schedule permits.

Cooking smashburgers tonight & grilling chicken, shrimp & ground turkey for meal prep on Sunday so should be some good opportunities to enjoy the outside with a smoke & cold beverage.
