Your top food cities?

Montreal - although I may be a little biased I find that my hometown has nothing to envy to other cities that I visit.

Lyon and Rome (only where locals eat though).

I'm not much of a traveller, but Grand Case St. Martin has some banger restaurants along with the gulf coast of Florida for some fresh seafood.
