Wine Masterclass Concept on FOH Cigar Lounge.

We might actually do this on FOH Zoom in order that it can be recorded. 

Have discussed this Friday with Ken and he was keen. 

Overview. 

At the beginning of the month we propose a bottle of Australian wine/liquor that is readily available in the US/UK/EU and recommend a selection of  cigars that we believe will match well. Over time we may showcase other wine/liquor that is also readily available in those markets. Initially we will try and stay with Australian produce. 

You source the wine and cigars. You will have close to a month. You join us on the Masterclass that will be run by Ken in the last week of the month. Generally Saturday or Sunday US/UK/EU. 

Thoughts? We do a series of them and re-evaluate.

As someone who kind of fell into cigars via wine, this sounds amazing, and really hope my schedule permits joining in. As an Aussie in NY I am always trying to expose my US friends to the treasures of Australian winemaking which may fly a little under the radar over here.

Fresh with Ken's recent reminder of the brilliant 2021 vintage in south eastern Australia, and recognizing a) the impossibility of being able to choose a wine that is available for everyone, and b) the impossibility of choosing a wine that satisfies everyone, let alone balancing price vs quality etc. may I be so bold to at least throw a potential candidate/thought-starter into the ring?
