What's up for the weekend?

Pelting down rain today but thankfully Di and I have dinner out with friends. Wild friends. Thinking about it...I don't have any other type  The sort of friends that live just far enough away that you accept their invitation to stay overnight. That is the fuel to the fire  Cigars packed. 

Tomorrow will be spending time with mum and dad. Every day spent with them at this point is special. 

Magnum 50/Queen Corona/ designated for the weekend. Both are hitting high points right now.

Taking my middle son to a few of his friends’ bday parties. A few errands. A little bit of work to catch up and get ahead of things at the office. Fortunate to get into a PSD5 as I type this, BAO ENE ‘24, from our gracious host, while the kids sleep. These are smoking so well now. Brioche in the 1/3.

It's raining here in Sydney too on Saturday. If the weather is better on Sunday, I may light up a cigar in the afternoon. Otherwise, I'm catching up with movies I've been meaning to see for a while on Netflix.

Taking the kids to their school's show in the morning, then working all afternoon.

The weather here is getting good so I might enjoy a good cigar in the garden tomorrow, when I'm done with chores.

My wife gets back from 9 days in Hawaii tomorrow morning, so I guess I'm supposed to clean the house and do laundry?  I'll ponder that decision with a few cigars this afternoon.  Anyone know how to work a washing machine?

I worked yesterday but did a fire pit when I got home...marshmallows for kids & Presidentes for me, cigar was 🔥👌

Today I rehabbed son's basketball set up with new back board & hoop. Later, I'm doing a birthday dinner for mom/grandma.
