Popular Post teamrandr Posted March 22 Popular Post Posted March 22 This is from a fresh bundle. The bundle is beautiful and reeks of barnyard. 1/3 Initial draws are light in body. Toasted notes of coffee/Espresso, toffee, chocolate and slight wood. Very good start. There is a cream aspect that is enjoyable. The retrohale has a slight bite to it. I am getting a deep espresso note from that. 2/3 Espresso deepens. A rich almost burned butter flavor is mingling with wood, toffee, chocolate and Espresso. This is progressing well. Really nice salty dark chocolate is emerging. Salt, brown butter, toffee, wood, espresso. Draws have been perfect. Final 3rd The aroma from this one is amazing. I rarely smell the aroma of the cigar while smoking. Wood notes are more prominent now. The flavors are Upmannesque. Butter is gone. Richer espresso and dark chocolate notes take it to the finish. I would rate this as a Staple. This is probably my favorite Jonny O vitola of them all. They can be a little hit or miss on construction but overall outstanding. 11

Lucas Buck Posted March 23 Posted March 23 Nice review! I’ve been smoking John’s cigars for more than 20 years and they have been a big part of my rotation. Great cigars. 2

CigarmanTim Posted March 24 Posted March 24 I enjoyed your review. Well done. Love the Lancero format. 1
