Was today! JUL 18’ Cohiba Piramides Extra. Toasted coffee, bakery, cedar notes with slight citrus orange zest peeking out. Well constructed. Absolute delight.  Hoping for many more best smokes of the year!

A 2020 Siglo I. I had one from the same pack in August when I was on vacation, and it was absolutely dreadful. Something yesterday told me to approach them again, and it was night and day difference. Finally caught the notes many raved about. Excited to finally dip my toes into the rest of the Siglo line

This has a heavy pigtail that I popped off, so there was some tar build up, but beyond that just incredible. Beating out QdO CC, HdM Dieux and a Nudies Ninfa by a hair. RP Hamlet 25th store exclusive is up there as well. I have some crazy old Viaje settling from shipment tho...#2025.

Already smoked around 50 cigars to start the year and the standout for me is probably not applicable for most.

A custom-rolled robusto from my frequented local cigar shop in KL. Costs $4 a stick and has absolutely no business smoking that good.

Easily a PSD4 SPM OCT 23. It truly hit all the notes from start to finish, and set the bar pretty high for 2025.

'21 Monte I smoked last week takes the lead for COY. Citrus, cream, yellow straw, bittersweet chocolate all balanced perfectly. Gonna be hard to beat.

I got 2 10 boxes of these resting, some of prettiest wrappers I have ever seen a D4’s. Now I have to try one soon. 

Wow! Same box code and year? If so, you’re in for a treat. I smoked these both three months in and seven months down. By far, the seven months down version was the best. I’ve been fortunate to get a good few batches of PSD4s.

A rich, complex and well balanced cigar.

Although a little short on the finish a great journey and continual improvement throughout. Peanut to  aniseed, baked bread and spice, incredible cigar that continued to build. Casa Erica Perth.
