Evolution or inconsistency?

I personally don’t like evolution in a cigar. If it’s a flavour that I like, then great let’s have that the entire duration of the cigar. If it goes from one flavour I like to another flavour I like then bearable for me. I'm not here to have little to no flavours progress to good flavours progress to bad flavours. So I hate it when a cigar was “average first half, great second half”. 

My question to you is. Assume all flavours are flavours you like. Would you rather a cigar that evolves through several flavours in one cigar (let’s say every cigar delivers the same in the box). 

Or...would you rather each cigar in the box have a different flavour but maintains the same flavour throughout the cigar. 

I'm firmly in the second category. I’d like the “surprise” of what will I get out of this cigar today, and just enjoy that nice flavour for that smoke.

Btw you probably are so used to no evolution since you are always sucking on NCs now!

Evolution makes it far more interesting imho. When it suddenly changes flavors and notice new ones that’s keep you engaged and frankly don’t get bored.

I need evolution in a larger format cigar to keep me interested, but with shorter smokes I am ok with a consistent flavor profile that represents the marca.
