Queen Camilla's son Tom Parker Bowles fumes at 'whiners and bleaters' at Santa Rita Cigar Smoker of The Year Dinner and Awards

By RICHARD EDEN FOR THE DAILY MAIL - Published: 11:02 AEDT, 4 December 2024

Tom Parker Bowles was in pugnacious mood at the Santa Rita Cigar Smoker of The Year Dinner and Awards in Canary Wharf, east London.

‘We are here at Boisdale celebrating not just the joys of cigars and wine, but the basic fundamental pleasure – of being together and making merry in the most civilised and open-minded surroundings,’ he told guests who included Frasier star Kelsey Grammer, hard-man actor Ray Winstone and journalist Piers Morgan. ‘That’s surely something to be happy about.’

Queen Camilla’s son, who is a food writer and Mail on Sunday columnist, added: ‘As for the “me, me, me” moaners, the whiners, the bleaters, and the empty virtue-signallers and the eternally bloody offended – f*** off!’ Boisdale owner Ranald MacDonald will, no doubt, have concurred.

He’s been described as ‘London’s most politically incorrect restaurateur’.

Really gutted to miss this event, would have loved to have been there.

Yes, it seemed to be an entertaining night, that's for sure. Here's the Mirror's take on the event...

Queen Camilla's son drops F-bomb in astonishing rant at celebrity bash

Queen Camilla's son has slammed the "eternally bloody offended" in a rant that saw him say "f*** off" in front of celebrities like Piers Morgan and Ray Winstone.

Tom Parker-Bowles, who works as a food critic and writer, recently lashed out during the Santa Rita Cigar Smoker of The Year Dinner and Awards in Canary Wharf in London.

In attendance at the black-tie event were Frasier star Kelsey Grammer, Sexy Beast actor Ray Winston, Tamar Hussain, and Piers Morgan, who secured the top prize of Cigar Smoker of the Year 2024, reports London Cigar Smoker.

The Queen's son waxed lyrical about the "joys" of cigars and wine in front of the star-studded audience, but Tom's speech soon turned to things that he apparently found less pleasing, which included "bleaters" and "virtue-signallers".

Tom said: "We are here at Boisdale celebrating not just the joys of cigars and wine, but the basic fundamental pleasure - of being together and making merry in the most civilised and open-minded surroundings. That's surely something to be happy about."

He continued: "As for the 'me, me, me' moaners, the whiners, the bleaters, and the empty virtue-signallers and the eternally bloody offended - f*** off!"

Past winners of the award include Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jonathan Ross, Sex and the City's Chris Noth, and Dolph Lundgren, with this year's event offering guests a three-course meal, champagne reception and of course, cigars.

Despite Tom's apparent love of a stogie and a glass of vino, he has dismissed notions that his mother is a smoker in an interview with Hello!. In 2022, it was claimed she was "partial to a ciggie or two", according to royal expert Russell Myers.

However, Tom told the publication that the Queen "hasn't smoked for many years", although the family likes to "gather" around the table, and they "all love a drink", except Camilla.

Tom clarified that he's never seen his mother "merry" and also confirmed that she "doesn't drink gin". He added: "There are photos of her from ages ago having a fag. But it's not a bad image, and she takes it, as she always does, with good humour."

He previously told The Times that this perception of Camilla was "inaccurate" and likely came from the Channel 4 comedy series The Windsors, which stars Haydn Gwynne as Camilla and Harry Enfield as Charles.

In other news, Tom recently revealed that the King has cut down on his red meat intake in an effort to safeguard his health following his cancer diagnosis.

He told Saga magazine that Camilla was eating less meat, too, including pork, lamb and beef, with the food critic also saying that Charles was "looking" at his food.

Tom added: "I'm no nutritionist, but I know that food is part of a body's "medicine". It knows when it's having the right stuff."

He's railing against the 'elites', in some F'd up, upside-down world that you would need a labotomy to understand.
