Been waiting for the summer weather to cool down. Cheese is best served at room temperature, but only if the room is not 110 degrees! I was hoping to send a couple of wedges up with your Monte A!!! 😈

One thing in the article; “artisan cheesemakers around the world…” Yeah, like the cigar community we all know about this and would be vigilant in aiding in the capture of these criminals. Give a man a glass of milk and he will eat a sandwich. Teach him to make a cheese out of it and he will end world hunger!
