I love the rabbit holes this community sends me down while I'm trying to fritter away time at the office and avoid doing actual work.

If I had to guess, the Loong Shell tool is some kind of contraption that allows a regular lighter to be used as a make-shift vaporizer by allowing a soft flame lighter to be steadily and easily located far enough away from a cigar/tobacco roll-up that it heats the tobacco to its vaporization point without igniting the tobacco. The potential benefits being the inhalation of the "superior flavor" of vaporized tobacco leaf without the inclusion of the "less superior" flavor components of smoke and ignited plant matter that come with actual smoking/combustion of tobacco leaf?....hence the "dark" ash of the mini being favorably compared to the fully white carbon ash remnants of the burned mini?

A hillbilly could probably invent this Loong Shell tool using his one good "chomper", a pickle barrel with one suspender attached, and pair of vice grips.

I'm ordering their full product line now just to see what the hell they are. Lol.
