Sia Posted October 9, 2024 Posted October 9, 2024 On the topic of Cheap & Cheerful, what does everyone think about Vegueros? I have recently acquired a few Tapados and Entretiempos which I'm resting for a while before trying. Heard Centrofinos was excellent but have not tried that one yet! 4
Popular Post nKostyan Posted October 9, 2024 Popular Post Posted October 9, 2024 Excellent brand, premium tobacco, long filler. If you choose the right wrapper, it is very tasty. High strength, so it is not suitable for beginners. 6
Arabian Posted October 9, 2024 Posted October 9, 2024 They are alright as long as you keep your expectations low. They aren't great but not bad at all. I smoked the new CentroGordos and it was good, however a can of 16 cigars for $400 - that's a hard pass. 1

Habanoschris Posted November 1, 2024 Posted November 1, 2024 I've had a few small tupperdors from when these were priced "cheaply" and been smoking them as they get 5-6 years and it's been really a surprise - had some fairly complex and very flavorful smokes. 👌 I'm a fan 😚💨 4
BrightonCorgi Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Vegueros are really rolled to perfection even the first release all look the part. I haven't tried the new line, but the original ones were way too grassy tasting for me. Like smoking fresh lawn clippings. I would like to try some of the new ones just based on looks. 1

They tend to have that vegetal/grassy taste in the beginning but if you rest them a bit that might change. I purchased a 4 count box of Entretiempos and another box of Tapados. I enjoyed both thoroughly; they're really priced well given the cost for other cubans currently.
sergeihabana Posted February 24 Posted February 24 When I first tried Vegueros Centrofinos, I bought a box of these cigars (JUN 22). Later, I bought a box of Entretiempos (MAY 23). I really like them. They've always had good traction so far. These are good cigars for the price I bought them for. I hope that Habanos will not raise prices, as was the case with other brands.
Mike Mecklenburg Posted March 17 Posted March 17 I like the Mananitas for a short smoke. Good flavors as long as they sit for a few years.
