Well, I am super green to the game and this is my first post so hello all. I ended up on a European vacation with the wife earlier this year and decided to try some Cubans and a few might have slipped into my bag. Well I really got the bug over there, after a very, very, very disappointing trip to LCDH Milan I managed to score a box of D6's, 2 Cazadores, 5 Vegas Famosos, 2 Epi no.3, 5 H.Upmann mag 46's, 5 Monte Edmundos, and a few Hoyo Petit Robustos at Siglo Mundo in Switzerland. Since then I have acquired the two boxes you see on the left and some custom rolls. Just starting out but on an active duty budget its about as good as I can do. Hopefully trying to get my first 24:24 box soon!

That’s a really nice range of styles, marcas, vitolas. My advice is keep on trying a wide range, don’t try to ‘start a collection’ just taste and enjoy until you find your happy zone.

Thank you! I'd love to get a sampler to really try out all the different brands and vitolas but I haven't found a good place to get that. So the hunt continues, I got the VR's because I really fell in love with the ones that I had on my trip and a friend had a partial box that he sold to me. Trying not to get a collection going just yet. But maybe in the spring I'd like to get a 50er of PLPC's and have one a year celebrating my release from service!
