As the ring gauge widens, subtle fruit undertones appear intermittently. The smoke output is high, and the burn was slightly wavy in the beginning, requiring a touch-up. This section finishes with the introduction of roasted nuts.

2/3: New notes of vanilla and five-spice accompany the cedar, cream, and roasted nuts, while the citrus pith fades. The flavor has reached medium, and the body has reached light-medium at this stage. The smooth smoke texture continues, with great smoke output, and the burn has become even.

3/3: Five-spice, vanilla cream, and cedar become the dominant notes at this stage. Flavor and body increase to medium, but the smooth smoke texture persists. There’s a well-balanced mix of sweet and savory notes. High smoke output and an even burn continue until the end.
