Assistance needed: Blue dots/blue square on new Behike

Dear all,

Something that requires your assistance.

As we know, some authentication rings on Cohiba has changed gradually (no more blue square or CHB). I thought high-end products keep the blue square under UV (e.g. BHK). I checked mine dated GES SEP 23, with blue squares under the 2 Cohiba rectangle.

However, recently my friend bought a box of BHK 52 (GES ABR 24) from a contact in LCDH that was without any blue square, though the box, package, serial, seal, seems good (didn't get his video yet), just without the blue square. It's so weird.

So, can anyone share your thoughts? Is it true that even Behike no longer has blue squares or CHB?

The presence of the squares have been inconsistent at best in 23-24. Blue squares missing on the BHK bands for any 23-24 box wouldn't by itself be dispositive. It's been acknowledged on Cohiba bands for quite some time. 

The best indicator of BHK band authenticity is the super microprint inside the small taino heads in the holographic squares. I believe it says COHIBA and/or BEHIKE in there. You'll definitely need a magnifier to see it clearly. If the super microprint is crisp & clear it's very likely genuine.

Who prevents you from taking more photos? Box on all sides, cigars, cedar veneer and so on. Check if there is a factory seal under the warranty seal...

I'm assuming everything else on the box is in order and the only question is the absence of the blue squares. Also he says this is someone else's box and probably these are the only pics he was sent.
