FOH DIY. Something for you to try this weekend.

I have to trim some palm leaves so I pulled my Ozito electric chainsaw...have my sunglasses (close enough to safety glasses)...chosen my cigar...I am ready to go.

Even though the electric chainsaw is only one step above the "Bob the Builder" toolkit you purchase for a three year old...it is the only power tool outside of a drill that has been Czar central "approved" for me to use. 

I was looking for a little inspiration and found the below. 

I have got this. Can't wait for Di to get home tonight to see the difference to the house.

For the weekend chainsaw folks, my brother in law (who runs crews for an electric co-op in Vermont) strongly advises wearing kevlar chaps.  Just a word in case folks try this at home -- talkin' to you, Rob

My heart was in my throat for that video… thought he was going to get his head cut off, or similar.

I’m no pro but I’ve had a lot of fun with a chainsaw mill. A big petrol saw is definitely not to be messed with.
