Typed the code into the habanos page and got this:

PARTAGAS SERIE P No.2 SBN-UW-C/L-12,13-n-25

product is correct but not sure about the meaning of SBN-UW-C/L-12,13-n-25?

Interesting, that means there is no production/boxing date as part of this coding?

The serial is chronological. Should correspond to the date of box stamp on the bottom.
