What is this

I know very little about cigars other than what I enjoy or not. I grabbed a couple cases of these things while visiting the Partagas factory in 2015 and they have served me well. When looking into it, they appear to be non-existent?

My go-to cigar, the Partagas Serie D no.4 pictured for comparison. This one is a little sweeter in taste and obviously a little longer. Also dented at the end, but that's my bad.

On the band, it says "La casa del habano Partagas" and "Desde 1993" around a picture of the old Partagas factory.

What is it? Obviously not a part of the regular Partagas lineup, but then why would it be sold at the factory?  And what's with 'since 1993'?  What's the significance of that year?

You can make your own band and the guys from the Partagas factory will make exclusive cigars in their free time. My buddy came up with his own brand. He took bands to Havana and got the highest quality cigars back.

Of course, these cigars have nothing to do with either Partagas or Habanos
