Drguano Posted July 3, 2024 Posted July 3, 2024 I did see the Cabildos (translates as “marital aid for use in taxis”) in one shop in St. James for sale at £850. 4
JohnS Posted July 7, 2024 Posted July 7, 2024 Cigar Journal's press release on this cigar... Trinidad Cabildos Premier Pack July 7, 2024 - Press Release The 2024 Edición Limitada, Trinidad Cabildos Premier Pack was launched at the Habanos World Days Gala Dinner on June 22nd, 2024, in London. The Premier Pack is now available exclusively within the United Kingdom and will never be released into other markets. 10,000 numbered packs have been made and, as each one contains 5 Cabildos, that means there are only 50,000 cigars available. This is the second Premier Pack that Habanos has ever produced following the successful introduction of the Cohiba 55 Aniversario in 2021. The Trinidad Cabildos measures 6 ⅜” (162mm) x 46 ring gauge and is known as an Ilustres in the factories of Cuba. It is a unique size within the Habanos portfolio and is dressed with a distinct ‘Premier 2024’ Edición Limitada band, as well as a footband that commemorates Trinidad’s 55th anniversary. It is the fourth Edición Limitada from the brand, following the Ingenios (2007), Short Robusto T (2010) and Topes (2016). It is expected that boxes of 12 Cabildos will go on general worldwide sale in around six months’ time. These cigars have all been made totally by hand using long filler leaves, all sourced from the Vuelta Abajo region of Cuba and aged for a minimum of two years. Tollickd Posted July 7, 2024 Posted July 7, 2024 I look at these and I say that I want them so badly, but then I try to ground myself and say $200 per stick is just bloody insane!
Namisgr11 Posted July 7, 2024 Posted July 7, 2024 Without a doubt I am not part of the target market for this cigar.
