I found if I took my time, it was excellent, if I rushed at all it got bitter, a nice reminder to slow down. Trouble was I chased some construction issues from about the halfway point that really muddled the flavors. The first half was sorbet. Sweet and absolutely delicious and then rudely disrupted by the construction issues. The last inch or so ironed out the construction issues, and the sorbet returned. The bright sweetness that was the beginning has turned a darker and richer. Best I can explain this is the difference between white refined sugar and sugar in the raw. I really liked how this opened, then was disappointed and then really enjoyed the finish….damn you Cuba!!😂 85/100 1
