Prime Cigar & Whisky Bar was pretty good when I went there with Rob. Pricey, but good.

Empire lounge in Brickell is a classy spot + Sugar rooftop at the East hotel. Miami improv is a good time in Doral. Española cigar bar and lounge has good people watching in south beach.
