Braille version of Playboy

Never would I have ever imagined they'd come out with a Braille version of Playboy, but they did, and it wasn't like a one off thing. Braille Playboy magazines were published by the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped from 1970 until funding was cut in 1985. These versions included all the text in a normal Playboy, without the pictorals.

So there were people who really did read Playboy for the articles.

 

To be completely honest, when I first read about this, this came to mind.....
