Taking a breath. Thread etiquette

Late start today as I managed a sleep in. I'ts been over a week since I tore my right Lat and strained my left. It is a slow process. 

So I have put a hold on the "European Army" thread.  I would have stopped it after Vman on the 2nd (or 3rd post?) bringing in US politics. Mods, never hold back again. 30 days to the wind. The thread is under review. 

Like all such topics, it was destined to hit a wall and the fault lays in several areas from experienced members throwing raw meat knowing full well the end result. To self proclaimed intellectual giants waving the national and/or social/political flag (pick whatever colour you like). 

I will tell you all what I tell Ken. 

1. Think before you post. 

2. Does what I am about to post meet the rules of the forum. 

3. Does what I am about to post enhance the FOH community. 

Back to your regular programming.

Update.
