5th time tasting this little HUHC
I seemed to pick up a new nuttiness as my palate has been building. 
 

First 3rd.

Very woody with that distinct Cuban tobacco taste.
Not too thick of smoke yet as it builds.



Second 3rd.
As it transitioned from First to Second 3rd I got more of a nuttiness with the wood I haven’t got too much of before just subtle notes. Very creamy smoke texture as it finally builds and gets thicker.


 
 
Final 3rd.
More balanced, nuttiness with woods almost wanted to get hot but then the flavor went back to the same. Smoked it down to the nub with a toothpick after the little walk.


 
All in all it is one of my first and original CC that I love for the price and the short smoke for when I don't have much time. Though I do smoke very slow as this one to the nub lasted around an hour and 15 min.
Very happy with these...

Nice review. I have a few boxes stashed and currently working through some 19s. Its been a very good box.

Yeah I could only imagine how the 19s are.

Im very curious, what flavors do you get off those and how has it changed with age for you?

I'd be interested to hear others thoughts on their aged HUHC, as I have 8 boxes now resting. 

Are there certain years for when these boxes were really shining or certain box codes/factories people go for?

I sat on the 19s for a few years. Opened it in 23. No clue as to how they were fresh although have had many boxes going back to OR.

Thank you. Yeah a great smoke for sure. Ok right on, that's good to hear on the age part.

I always take the band off not to throw in my CC band Jar to keep them nice, I smoke outside in the cold and rain, sometimes on long walks. Kinda just habit now. Plus these aged ones bands seemed to slip off so easily, I'm sure it'll be different with my fresh ones.
